Cal-Learn is a statewide program for pregnant and parenting teens in the California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) program. It is designed to encourage pregnant and parenting teens to graduate from high school or its equivalent, become independent, and form healthy families.

Adolescent Family Life Program (AFLP) is a strengths-based case management program designed to support and empower expectant and parenting youth. The program emphasizes building resilience to help youth thrive during and after they exit the program

Ventura County Public Health Nursing works to protect and improve the health of individuals, families and communities by empowering people to achieve optimal health and assuring access to health care. They do this by assessing the needs of individuals across their life span, addressing
their concerns and identifying their needs and developing health plans and interventions, and achieving their health goals.
They accept referrals from many sources throughout the community, including physicians, social workers, the general public and you.
