Intradistrict and Interdistrict Transfers

Intradistrict transfer: To request to move from one SPUSD school to another SPUSD school.

Interdistrict transfer: To request to transfer between school districts within Ventura County.

Intradistrict Transfer Form Process for the 2026-2027 School Year

Santa Paula Unified School District will accept Intradistrict Transfer Forms from March 2, 2026, through April 17, 2026.

Forms submitted after April 17, 2026, may not be considered until 14 days before the start of the 2026–2027 school year.

Please note that neighborhood (resident) students are given priority for school enrollment.

Transfer requests are reviewed based on space availability and district guidelines.

Families will not be notified of the decision on their intradistrict transfer request until late June 2026.
